Vaporizing pan for Eliminator Waste Oil Heater

The Eliminator is a drip oil system.  This machine does not have an electronic ignition. To start the unit you must the first open the door of the heat chamber and pull out the vaporizing pan.  Clean it. Fill it with used oil, slide the pan back into the unit, hand light the oil (using a match or torch).  After the oil is ignited you must then turn on the reset switch and the on/off switch.  When the burning pan of oil heats the chamber up to approximately 130 degrees a thermo disc opens and causes the oil pump to draw oil up to the top of the chamber where it drips into the vaporizing pan to keep the flame ignited.  There is a second thermo disc that controls the 16” fan that forces the radiant heat through the expanded metal in the door of the heat chamber shroud
