Incorrect or damaged orders policy

Steel Eagle will accept returns on all products within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked, as long as the product is sealed in its bag in original condition and unused.  The original product price, but not shipping, will be refunded.  However, if an internal error was made by Steel Eagle, your order will be corrected with no additional shipping costs incurred, or fully refunded including original shipping costs. Any additional shipping fees that may occur as a result of our error for replacement or return will be covered by SteelEagle.com

UPS REQUIRES to file a claim:

*Full purchase price will be refunded if it's determined that the returned item(s) are associated with a product defect or if the order was incorrect due to an internal mistake by SteelEagle.com.

How will I be refunded for my returned item(s)?

SteelEagle.com will credit you for the total purchase price of the product minus shipping costs (unless the return was due to our error), upon receipt of the product. If you are returning a product that was originally purchased with a gift certificate, you will receive an in-store credit as your refund. Otherwise, your refund will be awarded in the same manner as the item was purchased. Refunds can take 7-10 days to show up on your credit card statement.

What if I accidentally provided SteelEagle.com with the wrong ship-to address?

If for some reason you provided SteelEagle.com with the wrong shipping information upon checkout and the order is returned to our warehouse then you are responsible for shipping costs associated with re-sending the order to the correct address.

What if my item was shipped and the packaging appears to be damaged?

We advise our customers to inspect their orders immediately upon arrival. If your package appears to be damaged, you should contact that delivery service A.S.A.P. Do not dispose of any packaging materials until the order is deemed satisfactory or the problem has been resolved. To request a refund or product exchange please fill out this request form..
